THE PROBLEM

Building a company still means assembling disconnected parts.

Websites, phone systems, CRM, payments, marketing tools, AI agents, and local providers are still sold as separate products. The founder has to choose them, connect them, teach them the same context, and keep them working together.

The owner becomes the integration layer. Knowledge gets trapped in people and applications. Every new market requires another round of setup, localization, and expensive specialists.

Neuron reverses that sequence. It starts with the person — their expertise, goals, and market — and builds one coherent company around a shared Core.

The company should form around the person building it — not around a pile of software subscriptions.
THE ARCHITECTURE

From a person to a company. From a company to a network.

Neuron grows in four layers. Each layer has a clear owner and purpose, but they share one identity and operating context.

Personal Neuron

The digital continuity of a person: identity, expertise, preferences, decisions, and working memory. It belongs to the person and can become the foundation for an expert practice or a company.

PERSON · EXPERTISE · MEMORY

Business Core

The operating foundation of the company: workspace, website and domain, secure data, CRM Core, analytics, billing context, and the shared Neuron chat. One Core keeps every capability working from the same company truth.

ONE CORE · FROM $99/MONTH

Capabilities & AI employees

Communications, voice, growth, newsroom, dispatch, payments, accounting, legal integrations, and specialized AI employees are added when the company needs them — not as a forced bundle on day one.

ADD AS YOU GROW

Regional & expert nodes

Agency Nodes localize the platform and connect regional services. Expert Nodes contribute proven vertical knowledge. The network expands without forcing every market and profession into one centralized template.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE · GLOBAL NETWORK

HOW IT WORKS

Build and grow the company through one conversation.

The Neuron chat is not a support widget. It is the control surface for the company. The classic interface and the conversation are two synchronized views of the same state.

  1. 01

    Tell Neuron what you want

Start with an idea — or connect an existing business. Neuron understands what you do, what is already working, and what the company needs next.

  2. 02

    Receive a concrete plan

Neuron recommends capabilities, explains what can be improved, and estimates the monthly budget before anything is activated.

  3. 03

    Approve the budget

The company owner stays in control. Neuron asks for confirmation, uses the account balance, and can trigger an approved auto top-up when funds are low.

  4. 04

    Operate, measure, and learn

AI employees work from the same company context. Results, useful patterns, and approved knowledge become part of the company memory instead of disappearing inside separate tools.

Founder: I want more local customers.

Neuron: Your foundation is working. The next useful step is local search, review follow-up, and an AI receptionist for missed calls. Estimated additional budget: — per month. Shall I activate the plan?

THE FOUNDATION

One Core for the whole company.

The Core is the shared foundation. Capabilities can change, but the company identity, data, permissions, and operating context remain coherent.

Company Workspace

The company profile, people, roles, tasks, and operating context in one place.

Website & Domain

A web presence connected to the same services, knowledge, and customer journey.

Chat with Neuron

The primary conversational control surface for building and operating the business.

CRM Core

Customers, requests, opportunities, and activity without a disconnected customer database.

Basic Analytics

A clear view of what the company is doing and which capabilities are producing results.

Secure Data

Tenant-isolated company data, access rules, and an auditable operating history.

THE NETWORK

Local by design. Global by network.

A company cannot enter every country and profession by translating one central template. Local services, regulations, language, customer behavior, and professional knowledge must be connected by people who understand the market.

Agency Node

A regional integration and operating node. The agency localizes the current platform, connects local providers, operates multiple sites, supports regional companies, and helps bring new services into the network.

Agency receives

Platform infrastructure · reusable capabilities · AI workers · implementation tooling · access to network demand

Agency contributes

Regional localization · working integrations · operational support · market evidence · at least one new capability for the network

Expert Node

A knowledge node built around a practitioner or institution. Experts teach Neuron how real work is done in a vertical, validate workflows, and contribute evidence-backed knowledge with clear authorship and provenance.

Examples

Accounting integrations · legal and Legacy knowledge · local compliance · professional workflows · industry-specific evaluation

Private company data remains isolated. The network grows through approved capabilities, documented integrations, and validated knowledge — not by exposing one company's confidential information to another.

BUSINESS MODEL

Start with the Core. Pay for what the company actually uses.

The Business Core starts at $99 per month. Customers add capabilities, AI employees, voice minutes, and managed services as the company grows. Neuron forecasts the monthly budget before activation, asks for approval, and keeps spending visible through the same account.

Regional and expert nodes use separate commercial agreements tied to the market they operate, the support they provide, and the capabilities they contribute. Node pricing and revenue-sharing terms are not published until approved.

Core

From $99/month

The essential company foundation.

Capabilities

Added as needed

Communications, growth, payments, integrations, and operational modules.

AI employees

Department and usage based

Specialized workers connected to the company's Core, permissions, and memory.

Nodes

Partner terms by market

Commercial structure reflects localization, operations, and network contribution.

THE FLYWHEEL

Every useful capability can make the network stronger.

Each company starts from the same Core but does not have to remain identical. Companies reveal real operating needs. Agency Nodes solve regional integration problems. Expert Nodes validate professional knowledge. Proven capabilities can then be reused across the network with their source, evidence, permissions, and local boundaries intact.

One shared foundation

New modules do not need to recreate identity, permissions, billing, CRM context, or company memory.

Local extension

Regional partners can add what a central platform team would discover too slowly.

Expert knowledge

Practitioners improve vertical workflows with evidence and human accountability.

Controlled learning

Workers save useful approved findings to their node memory while private tenant data stays isolated.

THE FIRST OPERATING GROUND

Service businesses make the value measurable.

Neuron begins with local service businesses because fragmented operations have an immediate cost: missed calls, slow follow-up, disconnected bookings, weak local presence, and knowledge locked inside the owner. Voice, CRM, websites, growth, and dispatch provide a practical proving ground for the Core.

The initial market sharpens the system. It does not define the platform's final boundary.

Business Core

The shared company workspace, chat, CRM foundation, data, and modular commercial model.

Niche Launcher

A pipeline for turning validated vertical templates into deployable companies and local sites.

Neuron Voice Engine

A provider-independent voice stack being tested behind strict QA gates, with measured cost, latency, tools, and recovery evidence.

Node Network

Agency and Expert Node infrastructure for localization, integrations, and vertical knowledge.

WHY I AM BUILDING IT

The next generation of companies will be assembled, not merely incorporated.

I have spent more than two decades building technology and businesses. The recurring problem is not the absence of software. It is the absence of a coherent system that can understand a person, form a company around their expertise, and keep that company learning as it grows.

I am building Neuron to make sophisticated company infrastructure available to a solo expert or a small team — while giving regional agencies and practitioners a real role in extending the network. My work is moving from architecting individual AI systems to architecting AI companies.

Questions investors and partners ask first

What is Neuron in one sentence?+

Neuron is an AI operating system that turns a person's expertise into a working company and lets that company grow through one Core, modular capabilities, AI employees, and a network of regional and expert nodes.

Who is the first customer?+

A solo expert, founder, or small operating team that needs a complete business foundation without becoming the integration department for a dozen disconnected products. Local service businesses are the first proving ground.

How does Neuron make money?+

The Business Core starts at $99 per month. Revenue expands through optional capabilities, AI employees, usage such as voice minutes, managed services, and approved commercial agreements with regional and expert nodes.

Why is this not another bundle of SaaS tools?+

A bundle still leaves the customer coordinating separate products. Neuron gives the company one identity, permissions model, memory, billing context, CRM foundation, and conversational control surface. Modules operate as parts of one company system.

What does Neuron buy or activate automatically?+

Nothing should be activated silently. Neuron recommends the next useful capability, explains the estimated monthly budget, asks the owner to approve it, and records the decision. Approved auto top-up can keep the account funded when necessary.

How does the platform expand internationally?+

Agency Nodes localize services, integrations, operations, and market knowledge. They receive reusable platform infrastructure and must contribute working regional value, including at least one new capability for the network.

What is an Expert Node?+

An Expert Node connects practitioners and institutions to the platform so their workflows and knowledge can be validated, attributed, and used responsibly inside a vertical.

What does the network learn?+

It learns from approved capabilities, documented integrations, measured outcomes, and evidence-backed expert contributions. Private tenant data remains isolated and is not presented as shared network knowledge.
